🛠️ Instructions / Core Material

One line at the top. Senior product manager in freight software; I work on the part of the product that says what has gone wrong today.
2020 to now: 🏢 Halden Freight Systems. Product manager, senior from 2023. Three entries, each a result with a number: the Exceptions Inbox from one pilot customer to all of them; one roadmap out of two; Carrier Scorecards discovery with two design partners.
2015 to 2019: a digital agency, under Leona Abara. First product job. The entry is two lines long, which she would approve of: see 🕰️ Leona's red pen.
2013 to 2015: operations analyst at a parcel company. Spreadsheets of late vans. I used to leave this off and now it goes first in conversation.
Education. Economics with some philosophy, Port Vellan, 2009 to 2013. Statistics for Product Decisions I and II, Vellan Open College, 2025, once the December mark is in.
Writing and speaking. Slack in the System, fortnightly since October 2023. One guest essay, one conference panel, two paid workshops.
Not on it: the promotion case, the word passionate, a photograph.
