The darkest of the eight tracks in the ambient set that came with the vault: one low note leaning against itself, and now and then a higher one passing through.

This is the open-plan track. At ☕ Quay House my desk faces the cranes and the rest of the third floor faces me. Headphones on, this underneath, and the floor goes away without my having to listen to anything.

• Two and a half minutes on repeat. An hour of it leaves no trace, which is what I want from it.
• Useless on the tram: the tram is the same note, louder.
• It was under most of the spring of 📂 Exceptions Inbox general availability.
• Not for writing. It makes every sentence sound more serious than it is.
