The sentences are paraphrased from memory and from my notes of the day; none is a quotation. </div>
🛠️ Instructions / Core Material The scale has four steps: below, meets, exceeds, outstanding. Nobody I know has had the fourth.

2025 in full, because it is the odd one. A launch that slipped and then shipped, a merged roadmap that held, a discovery project two customers want. Not this cycle on 14 November and exceeds on 11 December are the same year, and both are true. A 4.5 percent raise from January. The 2026 plan was agreed in writing in the room and sits with 📂 Promotion case for Group Product Manager.
⚠️ Key Warnings / Constraints
- A rating is one person's summary of a year. Four of these five were written by a man who no longer works here.
- The 2021 sentence is the most useful thing in the table and the one I least enjoyed receiving.
- Do not read the column as a trend. Three in a row is three, and the committee did not promote a column.
- Add next year's line on the day, with the sentence, before I have had time to improve it.
